Eligibility: All treatments are subject to a medical consultation. We reserve the right to refuse treatment if a patient is deemed medically unsuitable.

2. Booking, Deposits & Cancellation Policy

To ensure efficient scheduling and respect for our provider's time, Revive Gynecology & Cosmetics enforces the following booking policies:

Booking Deposit: A $50 refundable deposit is required to book a consultation. This deposit is not a fee; it is credited 100% toward your treatment or product purchase on the day of your appointment.

Cancellation/Rescheduling: We require at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

If you cancel with more than 24 hours' notice, your $50 deposit is fully refundable.

If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice or fail to show up ("No-Show"), your $50 deposit is forfeited as a cancellation fee.

Lateness: If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, we may need to reschedule you, and it may be considered a late cancellation.

3. Payments & Refunds

Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards, cash, and approved financing options (e.g., Cherry, CareCredit).

Services Rendered: There are no refunds on services rendered. Aesthetic and medical treatments involve material costs and professional time. Once a treatment has been performed, the fee is non-refundable regardless of the outcome.

Product Returns: Unopened skincare products may be returned within 14 days of purchase for store credit. Opened products cannot be returned for sanitary reasons.

4. Text Messaging & Communications

By providing your phone number on our website forms, you expressly consent to receive transactional and promotional text messages (SMS) from Revive Gynecology & Cosmetics regarding your appointments, account status, and exclusive offers.

You confirm that you are the subscriber to the relevant phone number or that you are the customary user of that number.

Opt-Out: You may reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe from text messages.

5. Intellectual Property
